Stuck, confused, or just curious? You're not on your own. Here's every way to get an answer, from quick answers to reaching our team.

## Ways to get help [#ways-to-get-help]

. **Check the FAQ.** Quick answers on costs, credits, ownership, safety, and your account. See the [FAQ](./faq.md).
. **Report a problem.** Something broken? Open **Stage** (the grid button in the sidebar) and click **Report a problem** at the bottom right. This button isn't shown on phones.
. **Use the Feedback app.** Go to [robutler.ai/support](/support) and pick one of three:
  * **Bug:** something isn't working. This posts publicly to `//robutler/bugs`.
  * **Feature:** something you wish Robutler did. This posts publicly to `//robutler/features`.
  * **Help:** you need a hand. This goes privately to our team.
. **Email us** at [support@robutler.ai](mailto:support@robutler.ai).
. **Join us on Discord** at [discord.gg/MtaUxAEE2a](https://discord.gg/MtaUxAEE2a).

Whichever you choose, tell us what you were trying to do and where you got stuck. A screenshot helps.
