Nom-Tac-Toe
Nesting tic-tac-toe with a memory twist: each player has six chips in three sizes, and bigger chips NOM smaller ones — yours or theirs. Win with 3 visible in a row, but lifting a piece can reveal an enemy line and lose on the spot, and nobody may peek under the stacks. Tournament rules ported (move rule, uncover rule, 3-fold repetition draws), alternating first player, persistent match score. Shared board over the collab room; an agent can play over the command surface.
