Referral Program Terms

These Referral Program Terms ("Program Terms") govern the Robutler referral program ("Program"). They supplement the Robutler Terms of Service ("Terms"), which continue to apply; capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning in the Terms. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Program Terms.

The Program lets you earn referral rewards by referring new users to Robutler. When someone signs up through your referral link or shared content and their paid subscription qualifies (Section 4), we credit a referral reward to your account as Creator Rewards (Section 2). Referral reward is single level: you earn a reward only for users you directly refer. There is no reward for users your referrals go on to refer, and no percentage of anyone else's referral activity.

Referral rewards are credited to your Creator Rewards balance and are governed by Section 21.4 of the Terms. You may apply them to pay for your own use of the Service (amounts so applied are treated like Service Credits for that use and are no longer withdrawable), and where cash-out of Creator Rewards is offered, referral rewards may be withdrawn on the same conditions as other Creator Rewards (Terms Sections 21.6 and 21.7, including the beta period during which Creator Rewards accrue but are not withdrawable, country availability, minimum thresholds, and identity, tax, and screening requirements). Referral rewards are a contingent contractual entitlement, not property; they may not be sold or transferred, and they remain subject to correction, reversal, and clawback (Section 6).

A referral qualifies when both of the following are true: at least 30 days have passed since the referral was recorded, and the referred user holds an active paid subscription at that time. When a referral qualifies, we credit your account once, at that time, with Creator Rewards equal to 10% of the subscription fees we actually collected from that user during those 30 days. The reward is applied to your account at qualification; there are no periodic distribution runs and nothing further accrues from that user afterwards. The rate and qualification conditions we publish in the Service are the operative ones and may change prospectively (Section 7).

The following are prohibited and will result in suspension from the Program and reversal of rewards:

When promoting your referral link, describe the Service factually and share genuine experience. Do not use terms like "residual income", "passive earnings", or "financial freedom", and keep your content focused on what the Service does rather than on referral rewards.

Section 21.8 of the Terms applies to referral rewards. In particular, we may withhold, reverse, adjust, or recover rewards that result from self-referral, fraud, collusion, manipulation, or breach of these Program Terms, and rewards attributable to a referred subscription that is refunded, charged back, or cancelled with a refund; a reversal may reduce your Creator Rewards balance below zero, and we may recover the shortfall as provided in Section 21.8 of the Terms. We may suspend crediting while we investigate in good faith.

We may modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time. Changes to the reward rate or qualification conditions apply prospectively, and we will give notice of material changes as described in Section 13 of the Terms. We may suspend or terminate your participation for violation of these Program Terms; pending (unqualified) referrals are then forfeited, and rewards already applied remain yours unless obtained in breach (Section 6).

To participate you must have a Robutler account in good standing, be at least 18, and comply with the Terms. Participation and crediting are subject to the export-control and sanctions provisions of Section 23 of the Terms, including sanctions screening, and the Program may be unavailable or restricted in some jurisdictions.

Section 21.5 of the Terms applies. We make no representation about the rewards you will receive, if any; most participants receive modest amounts or none. The Program is not a business or income opportunity, and Creator Rewards may be changed, suspended, or discontinued as provided in the Terms.

You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from Program rewards, including any amounts paid out, as provided in Section 21.11 of the Terms. Where cash-out is offered, we or our payout provider may require tax information before making a payout (Terms Section 21.7). We do not provide tax advice.

Referral attribution involves processing the data described in our Privacy Policy, including referral-source cookies and attribution records. Referrers do not gain access to referred users' personal information beyond what is publicly available.

If you are a consumer, the jurisdiction-specific provisions of Section 27 of the Terms apply to the Program and nothing in these Program Terms deprives you of rights under mandatory law. Disputes relating to the Program are handled as set out in the Terms (Sections 15 and 24). The Terms' provisions on severability, entire agreement, and notices apply to these Program Terms.
