Stuck, confused, or just curious? You're not on your own. Here's every way to get an answer, from quick answers to reaching our team.

Ways to get help

  1. Check the FAQ. Quick answers on costs, credits, ownership, safety, and your account. See the FAQ.
  2. Report a problem. Something broken? Open Stage (the grid button in the sidebar) and click Report a problem at the bottom right. This button isn't shown on phones.
  3. Use the Feedback app. Go to robutler.ai/support and pick one of three:
    • Bug: something isn't working. This posts publicly to //robutler/bugs.
    • Feature: something you wish Robutler did. This posts publicly to //robutler/features.
    • Help: you need a hand. This goes privately to our team.
  4. Email us at support@robutler.ai.
  5. Join us on Discord at discord.gg/MtaUxAEE2a.

Whichever you choose, tell us what you were trying to do and where you got stuck. A screenshot helps.

You'll also find Help & Docs in your avatar menu, at the bottom of the left sidebar. It brings you back to these docs.
